The energy of Autumn

Autumn is a wonderful, transitional time of year. Summer routines are shifting towards more structure, kids are back at school and hopefully settling in well, the weather is cooler and the days shorter. After the summer's high energy we may be looking forward to a slower time of year. It is wonderful if you can take some time to look closely at the trees and notice the beautiful colours of the leaves, how nature too, is slowing down. Many of us though, still have lots to do and may be feeling a little tired and drained after the high activity of summer and the excitement associated with new routines. Taking time to have a Reiki session is a wonderful way to achieve deep rest and reset your nervous system, thereby allowing you to carry on in a more balanced and comfortable way. Learning Reiki is also a wonderful way to not only learn to balance your own nervous system but also help those around you. One of my greatest pleasures is connecting people to the healing energy of Reiki, it is such a gift!
