I get great pleasure from helping people live their best lives. I have always had a deep connection with Energy and have found my calling, in Reiki, Past Life Regression, and other Energy modalities.  With humility and compassion, I help you connect with Universal Energy to create health and align to your true path.

At times our journey can be difficult, both physically, emotionally and psychologically. As a certified Reiki practitioner and teacher, Energy Therapist, Past Life Regression Facilitator and Intuitive Tarot reader I focus on healing. I am here to connect you with Spirit, with your own energy and with universal energy to help support your body's natural ability to heal, to gain clarity, and inspiration. I am a certified in all of these areas and am a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.  I get great joy from using my connection with Energy to support people to move forward more effortlessly in life by reducing stress, providing clarity, and reminding you of your infinite potential helping you to align with your true self, your true path and find happiness.
